Welcome to Our Human Touch Yoga & Sound Healing, a holistic wellness centre in Goa offering authentic Yoga and Sound Healing education and Therapies. We offer internationally recognized 200 Hours Multi-Style Yoga TTC, 300 Hours Advanced Hatha–Vinyasa–Ashtanga TTC, and Sound Healing Teacher Training Courses from Level 1 to Level 4. Our Sound Healing Therapy Services
Our sound healing therapies use therapeutic vibrations to calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance to the body’s 11 major systems, including the nervous, digestive, respiratory, and endocrine systems. By working with instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, each session also focuses on balancing the 7 chakras, helping clear energetic blockages and improve the natural flow of prana. These sessions support better sleep, emotional stability, pain relief, deep relaxation, and overall well-being in a gentle and natural way.
